Here is my workout schedule for the week!
Monday- Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD + Arms at home
Tuesday- Pilates at the gym
Wed.- Muscle Works at the gym
Thurs- Cardio Circuit at the gym
Friday- Jillian Michaels yoga + Legs at home
