Workout Wednesday!!!

So I am training to run a 5k this spring. What??? I know, but set those goals you know!

So I am following this couch to 5k training schedule.

So three days a week I will be doing this, and the other three days a week, I will be doing weights and some other form of cardio!!! SHRED this!
